Refund policy

Pre-orders: cancel any time before your kit ships for a full refund. Just reply to your order email or write to hello@sheddymate.com.

30-day "less hair" guarantee: follow the 5-Minute Routine for 30 days after delivery. If you're not seeing less hair on your floor and furniture, email us within 45 days of delivery and we'll refund the purchase price. You don't need to return the kit.

Damaged or defective items: email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
